This set of pictures is a special collection dedicated to refining the more technical aspects of taking highly magnified shots very close up using just my Canon EOS 500D and a standard 70-210 telephoto lens. In some cases a tripod is used to eliminate any vibrations or movement. The results invoke a combination of sheer terror and curiosity.
